That's gonna win them a participation badge at least.I'm not ok with losing, but this post season in particular, I thought they played hard and deserved to win the series against an extremely tough opponent.

0 cups victories 56 loses or 1 cup victory 55 losesWhat do those numbers reference?
Not even. JFJ actually won a playoff round.0 cups victories 56 loses or 1 cup victory 55 loses
Either Saint or bum...and they go into Leaf history as the equal to JFJr
Done a few of those. I΄d never expect a team to ever ask for direct feedback about the players/coaches/management.Any end of season questionnaire that I’ve done never references the team/management itself just the game day experience, stuff like that.
I thought Marv Levy first said that.
I do in peeler joints. You know what they say about polls!
The article pretty much sums up why MLSE is sticking with the management team. If the fans (outside of these boards, that is) aren't complaining and still have faith, then why rock the boat?
Of all the stats listed in the polls the Athletic conducted, the 83% of fans that say the team will win a round next year is the most striking. Maybe the 6 straight losses has left many with the feeling of "eventually I'll be right" (and they'll win a round?)
Clearly, they are competitive and they are so close every year (5 straight series have all gone the distance) but that's not the problem. The problem is that the same theme keeps recurring: The later into the series they get (usually when the series tightens up, scoring is down, etc.), the worse they get. Past 4 post-seasons they are a combined 1-7 in the last 2 games of those series. That is not a statistic anomaly or a small sample size, that's a trend.
In any case, I guess you can't get criticize all those fans for being hopeful, as long as it doesn't venture into delusional.
