Seriously I haven't seen this since Sully first took over. This is unbelievable hockey the boys are playing. I dunno how long it lasts but I'm gonna sit back and enjoy the ride.

This is why maybe a trade isn't the best thing. The chemistry is really good

He adds that right guy-- a Horny type who can slot with Geno and Kap or down the lineup-- and I think the Pens go from having as good a chance as anyone to reach the conference finals out of the division to the favorite to do it.

It’s nice to see Matheson having a great game tonight because he had some rough patches the other night.

well I posted last game, that it was just piling on here after he turned the puck over twice...I mean two turnovers vs. a really good all around game and what he brings, he actually has been super solid...CC and Matheson third pairing may be the best third pair in NHL, certainly the most gifted pair that you can put behind any line in your lineup

Not really.

For whatever reason, the team does a better job integrating Geno coming back late in the season from an injury than it does Sid.

McCann's got his faults but when he gets hot he gets HOT

The thing about McCann is that he's basically exactly what you want out of a ~$3M guy. He's got enough skill to play in the top 6 in a pinch, his game is rounded enough to play a bottom 6 role, he does a lot of little things right... if he was super consistent, he'd be a lot more expensive.
