3 assists tonight vs Windsor. 2+ points in 5 out of the last 6 games hes played. Hes the leading rookie scorer by 8 pts and hes played 6 less games than 2nd place (teammate Joey Willis). He also has double the points of 2nd oa pick Spence in Erie who is the same draft year as him.

He is simply having an outstanding OHL rookie season and is one of the frontrunners for the 25 draft.

How many people that you’d consider credible have given an opinion on such a thing? Hagens is two months into his junior hockey career.

He’s better than Hughes. I don’t think it’s much of a debate. I don’t see an area where Hughes is more than slightly better, and Hagens is better defensively, shoots it better, and there’s a good chance he’ll be taller by draft day.
Pavel you still can't get over how wrong you were on Hughes lol.

His 3 assists lift him to the 20th place in the OHL scoring

1 point away from 11th place
3 points away from 7th place
5 points away from 5th place

His 1.45 ppg is 8th best in the OHL
Misa is essential to team confidence and provides Lazary more talent than ever expected. As I've heard he is no McDavid but who is? He is performing as well as anyone would have expected. He will only get better, very impressed with the amount of maturity he has shown. His game has been solid, no signs of slump which happens to the best of them. Let's see how the progression goes as Saginaw are 2nd in the league in points. Nobody came close to predict that the team improvements over the summer would be so dramatic. The stats speak for themselves.

Him and Mintyukov look like they are playing a level below compared to most the other players on the ice most nights.

Currently 10th in PPG in OHL as a 15 year old. For comparison, McDavid was tied for 36th, Tavares tied for 37th, and S Wright tied for 44th.

What do we make of this? Underrated as a prospect or easier season? Only 24-28 (22 Misa) games into the season of course.

I was at the game last night and I was really impressed with his speed, playmaking skills and pretty much everything else. Still can’t believe the kid was born in 2007 lol
