Czech out this highlight compilation we compiled last night of Chytil...he could very well go in the 20-30 range with a good U-18..he's HIGHLY skilled..liked him every time I've watched him. Have him ranked 30-35..but that could certainly go up.

Are scouts high on him? I could see a guy like Chytil going under the radar, playing in the Czech league and all.
Also, hear anything about Kvasnicka?
He was great in the Ivan Hlinka, and two U-18 tournaments seen by tons of scouts..not going under the radar at all. We're all looking forward to one last hard look at him this next week.
Kvasnicka will likely go 4th round on. Just a bit too small. Skill is decent but for his size needs to be elite.
The cat appears to be out of the bag if the CSS final rankings are to be believed.

He was all over Belarus today. Stole pucks, won draws, drew penalties on top of the 3 points. Really interested to see how he does against the better teams.

Nice player. I have a feeling he'll get drafted by the Habs and will score a ton of goals for them. Maybe the league will even name a trophy after him.
I guess this is what can happen when a team is willing to give young talented player a chance and is patient with him. Zlin did a good job with him IMO.

Predicting this guy to be the steal of this draft if he goes >1st round. If Necas is about to go around 10th spot, then this guy should go in the top 20 no question. 8months younger than Necas and he was more impressive in the u18.
This has been called a weak draft but I feel there are alot of underated Europeans who can emerge and become good NHL players. Then in a redraft people will be saying they should have went top 3 , top 5, top 10. Players like Chytil, Ikonen, Boqvist, Sveningsson I believe have this kind of potential imo.

The central scouting list and EliteP had him at 6'0" 179lbs, but the combine measures and weight him at 6'3.5" and 191.66 pounds, thats a big jump!
No way he is that big. I believe on the revised version of combine measures he is something like 6'1" - 6'2", which is more like it. Still decent frame though.

Agree, lots of underrated europeans in this draft. Which sounds funny to say because there's so many highly rated europeans in this draft too. Just an all around strong euro draft it seems.
