Refs aren't doing there job. That Kesler hit, or the charge on Price don't happen if they call the hit from behind on Couture. But they don't so they just keep taking liberties on blatant infractions, things that are suspension worthy.

Refs job is to enforce the rules, not wait until you let them commit multiple suspension worthy offenses and then go "oh **** they gave me a whistle? What's this for?"
