I will never understand how a goalie can be beaten if the puck never crossed the line (Ray on Nylander's post).

Going forward, if this is the goalie we're gonna ride the skaters will have to score a ton of goals.

Duclair has been Canada's best player so far.

 Nurse is everywhere as well. It is a very talented team.

OT is a crap shoot... **** happens. replay that game 10 times, Canada wins 7.

I agree. On paper, now, it looks like a walk for Canada.

Carlson, D'Amigo, and Stepan played out of their minds....and our goaltending was just a hair less brutal than yours.

The beginning of Canada's goaltending woes.

both goalies were shaky that game if I recall. Both goalies got pulled and Jake Allen had a stupid goal where he couldn't catch a simple dump in and dropped the puck in front of an American player. Also, in overtime all it takes is one shot.

I have never had the courage to watch that game

didnt canada need to score twice in the last minute or so just to get to OT?

Yup. Just looking at the teams in hindsight.

It's the second pre-tournament game, and people are already crying over the ice time of certain players like we're in the medal rounds. Hilarious.

Hopefully this is just the coaching staff playing their rusty top guys to get them into game shape, because we can't be a two line team against the US
