Damn Wagner is in the NHL this early in the year. Good for him but he was toast that Isles series.

Wish we could make Carlo an ex Bruin and get something good from the Avs. Nuke and another forward please.

Time to bring Shattenirk back to run the power play
And who are the other 4 guys you brining in? Bobby Orr would struggle with the stiffs that are on that unit. Pasta included, he personally kills momentum time and time again with his lazy giveaways , Marchand is another.

Those are your problems not Charlie Fing McAvoy

Not a lot of options on Wednesday but the rulebook clearly states that if any former Bruins play that day then a winner must be named - so my " Best Ex-Bruin of the Day " award goes to Noel Acciari who did a little bit of everything tonight.

Frank Vatrano ( Anaheim ) 1 assist and 2 hits

Connor Clifton ( Buffalo ) 2 hits and a -1 rating

Matt Grzelcyk ( Pittsburgh ) 2 SOG
Noel Acciari ( Pittsburgh ) 1 SH assist, 2 SOG, 3 hits and a +1 rating

Didn't realize there was a whole Bruins clubhouse on Chicago. Happy those guys all have each other. Be nice to see them in a battle for 8th maybe.

Wow JD was on fire.....

I'm amazed Heinen plays PP2 over there. I thought they were deeper.

Also didn't expect Debrusk to play on their 3rd line. Bains beating him to LW1 surprised me.

Jake is a good player, not sure he is a team locomotive. But if he stays on the third for 7 years, hope they get and keep young players with low salary cap....he is paid to play on the top 6.

Has he asked to be traded because of it yet?
Vancouver fans want him on the top lines and don't understand why he's not. He'll be back up soon.

At least his short term trade request 3 years ago didn't turn into a debacle like Swaymans summer debacle.

He was professional and kept it professional. Why bring the past up. Wish him well and keep it moving. Everything and everyone is where they were supposed to be.
