Romania - Andorra 3-0 at half time. I just hope none of our players get injured in the second half as these Andorran boys are a bit unhinged.

Perisic is too big of a loss, no strikers coming through. Croatia will probably not qualify for this. If Dalic didn’t have so much credit he’d be gone tonight. Two pathetic performances

Scotland qualify after Norway’s loss

Wales with a big win against Croatia and now go ahead of them on h2h, Wales control their own destiny with two wins they are in but their fixtures are tough. Turkey still need a point to qualify but their last match is away to Wales. Armenia are still even in the picture but they have to win both games and hope for results to go their way

Poland fail to beat Moldova at home with new manager. That group is still wide open for 2nd place with even Moldova in the frame but it looks likely Poland will be a playoff team

Depending on the next few days, League A of the playoffs could include Italy, Netherlands, Poland and Croatia

My mistake, Turkey qualified, so Wales has to beat Armenia away with both teams needing wins then they play Turkey home

Then and there
For a long period it wasn't quite as easy for Turkiye as the eventual scoreline suggests. When they were still leading only 1-0, Latvia had a ball cleared off the line and hit the crossbar with the keeper already beaten.

Too bad Yunes Akkan's goal was disallowed by VAR, as he did a nice Aeroplano celebration to honour the new manager Vincenzo Montella.

So in the finals Turkiye is de facto 2nd home team given the large amount of people with Turkish background living in Germany.

Israel's home match against Switzerland has been postponed until November 15, likely a neutral venue. Their away match at Kosovo is still scheduled at the moment. This means for now, Israel will have three matches in the November window, including what will probably be the crucial fixture against Romania the two main contenders for runners-up behind the Swiss

With postponements, it's now 4 matches for Israel in the November window. Not sure where they are gonna squeeze those in. Probably can't play those in Israel either.

But they have to be fitted somewhere, since Israel is still in position to qualify directly or failing that, to make the playoffs at least.

They might squeeze a match during the winter break which most leagues have. Because, I could be wrong, it’s illegal to play games in UEFA/FIFA less than 48 hours rest, so they can’t do it all in 1.5 weeks in November

But the play-off draw is supposed to happen on Nov 23rd and he final tournament draw on Dec 2nd. Have to play the matches before those dates.

Austria's win means Sweden is officially eliminated, they cannot even make the playoffs

Two big games later today; Greece vs. Netherlands, if Greece wins they are in good shape to finish 2nd, with their game in hand a draw wouldn't be the worst result for the Dutch; Luxembourg vs. Slovakia is pretty much a direct duel for 2nd place, I would saw more important for Slovakia as they have the tougher fixtures and Luxembourg will likely get a playoff spot if they don't go directly

What the truly eff Poland? Allowing Albania, freakin' Albania lead your group while losing to Moldova of all countries?! A country that has more goats and sheep than people...

I don't blame this on the players or head coach, I blame this strictly on the Polska Federation Football heads who hired this rank manager in the first place.

Portugal trashing Bosnia as it is 3-0 already, Ronaldo with 2.

Is Weghorst really the best penalty taker for the Dutch? Poor penalty kick by him as Van Dijk was pulled down inside the box.

Don't search for this on Twitter. There's video showing the incident in question circulating around. :(

Just cancel the game at this rate.

Late goal for Slovakia, unless there is a massive turn around that’s it’s for Luxembourg’s dreams

Greece are having their best spell of the match now, as they push for the all-important goal.

Edit: van Dijk puts it to rest, scoring a late penalty.

Dutch convert an injury time penalty after a long VAR check, Dutch will qualify with one more win while Greece should be favorites for the League C playoffs now that Turkey qualified
