His antics (it's somewhat of a stretch to even call it that) are being blown WAY out of proportion on the soc media

They guy ain't doing a fraction of what mouhninho habitually was tolerated (or should I say louded? by the same media btw) for. Or that ape Simeone. As for the Ol' Red Nose - the refs were straight down terrified of him. Many cards for that?

In general I agree, but if you actively mock the ref from the sideline, it's gonna result in a yellow more often than not.
