Taylor Hall isn't the skater he used to be.

If we are trading for a scoring forward, they need to be able to skate.

He can skate. He's just stupid.

Oilers let's a younger, cheaper, faster Hall walk for a 3rd round compensation. They wouldn't be adding another big ticket winger before a Dman, C or a goalie
