The bigger issue is if there is a performance bonus that hits our cap next year. That would make me not like the deal.

But cmon. Klingberg's got to be thinking that he's joining a great team with 2 of the best players in the league. I doubt he's got the leverage to squeeze on the Oilers.

It's all about the situation, and building his value for next year

Josh Brown was a 2nd/3rd pairing guy in the AHL for most of the year. He is a tweener at best.
