This is off topic but Strome for Spooner is highly underrated on the top 10 list of Chiarelli's horrible moves.

I never quite understood how JP had the defensive analytics he did while also looking completely lost in the defensive zone. I figure most of the 'value' comes from neutral zone play, where he'd steal pucks and just dump them in.

Such a likeable but frustrating player. Hope he figures it out it Carolina.

Added a more physical dimension to his game this year leading the Oilers in hits... with his size and speed and heading to a team loaded with Finnish players who love him.... if he can finally translate even 50% of his junior scoring to the NHL he'll be a gamebreaker. Time will tell.

Now if the Oilers can finally fix their D using this cap space, no one will remember the Bison King deal... Lets see!
