Dubas isn't the problem, it's the core players who never show up when they need to, and a coach who's never prepared. Dubas gave this core all the help they needed to get over the hump, no disrespect to Florida but out of all 8 Eastern conference teams this was the easiest matchup and these guys look like they genuinely don't give a f***.

It's really hard to wanna root for these guys and be a fan, when they disrespect their team, teammates, organization, fans and city by putting on that dog shit performance in what is the biggest game of their lives.

I mean Dubas' gave these stars their ridiculous contracts without having shown anything when it matters. Which then did not allow them to sign goalies or a better bottom half, which I say adds to the problem. But countinue with Dubas', maybe it will work out when Matthews gets a $15 mil contract.

Sure, but Sandin was traded a few months ago, not years ago.

The key piece coming back in the Sandin trade was Boston's 1st round pick - so I'd be pretty surprised if fans are unaware of that.

Given the video, I wouldn't be surprised and I don't think that's why those twinks wanted Florida. If you are the second seed in the division, are you really getting excited about two or three years from now?

The Panthers can trade “The Lyon King” to the

I'm not opposed to moving on from Dubas either, you can ridicule his RFA negotiations that's fair. But it's not Dubas' fault that the core star players do not show up. That's on them and coaching. Look at the bottom 6 this year or even this series, they are doing their job. It is once again, the core guys failing to do anything. Like did the 4 of them even generate a scoring chance tonight ?

All 3 games Panthers have clogged neutal zone and stood up at the blue line making entries harder on the Leafs.

The big 3 for Toronto are great regular season players but there's something missing in the playoffs. The GWG last game where Marner was so casual with the puck, Matthews gave it up and just lunged around without the full effort to get it back.

Edmonton didn't want to go down 2-0, McDrai dragged their team to victory. NJD get spanked in the first two games, Hughes puts the team on his back. Toronto down 1-0 at home, these two guys give away a GWG and follow up with 0 points in a must win game.

It isn't that they're young or haven't been here before, these guys just can't seem to just take over a game. They're paid like guys who should be able to win a game on their own.
