Yes, that was a brutal play by Marner, just freakin' skate it out, my goodness...almost at the blueline, then passes it back...that's literally a basic hockey play that they teach a kid not to do when learning to play hockey.

The leafs do lazy backhand passes in their zone and the neutral zone all the time. They get burned on it all the time too, but never learn.
