Florida is looking to hit every puck retrieving D like Boston on Gardiner. Leafs D need to get their elbows and sticks up in anticipation. Let them run into something nasty if they want to play that way.

Meanwhile, keep hitting Ekblad, Montour and Forsling like you would Sergachev and Hedman.

Matthews had a prime opportunity to paste Montour along the boards and went for the puck instead. Sometimes Matthews forgets how big he is.
