Every time they play good teams what you see tonight is what you get, discombulated, zero sustained pressure, turnovers galore, no scoring chances and their goalies need to play immaculate hockey. They don't give anyone a good run. If their PP goes on a run they might score enough to have a shot. When it goes flaccid they score 2 goals in 3 games.

We beat every good team straight up this year except for NJD and Boston. At least I think. This roster though is prone to not adjusting to what is in front of them. That is a major issue with the players and staff. I think we beat NJD in a 7 games series 1 out of 10 times though, that team is really good.

Think he is butthurt about the PP moves now that Kaner is there. Guess there is always the possibility of injury but I prefer the conspiracy route.

Whether they score on this PP or not, now that they aren't down they need to play 5 man Defense and take away the neutral zone. Wait for them to make a mistake because that is how they are playing us 5v5. Stop pinching, stop trying to force a rush. Not like they are generating literally anything on the rush anyway. Full Defense like games 1 and 2. Frustrate them and take advantage of forced plays.

Wow I am no Kreider apologist but I completely disagree here. Kreider can shoot, he can't pass or stick handle or finesse for the life of him, but he can shoot and he can deflect. And he does those two SO well that it makes him the last player to wear 20 for us.

yeah they win, but they never control the pace of the game and that's the problem. Always on their heels.
