I'm actually betting he will have a 4th stinker in a row he hasn't had a save % above .850 in his last 3 starts.... and he has more games under .825 this season than games over .900
I actually checked, there isn’t a single example of them losing the following game in the Matthews/Marner era where they lost by at least 3 in the prior playoff game (unless in cases where they were eliminated). You better hope Samsonov stinks tonight.

What's the data on that when Marner is out? Lol

Nylander better play, this is playoffs. Unless you are on your death bed you play

Back in my day, players played through all injuries. This Leafs team are a bunch of wusses.

And what if the injury is enough that his back keeps locking up, so bad he literally cannot stand upright?

I know we would all love it if everybody was invincible, but shit happens. They are but men.

Gotta luv those 'retro' black Bruins jerseys they've been wearing this season (Maple Leafs current home/away is very nice as well).

Bruins players antics in the hallway leading out to the ice burns off more calories than what I do the entire day :o

Back in my day, the players would play through it.

Tony Romo played through fractured ribs and a punctured lung. I'm sure Nylander can handle his back being a bit sore.
