On topic of officiating, I'll accept at least having the calls even tonight. Bruins always seem to get every call but oddly never take penalties against the Leafs.

That cross checking penalty on Lindholm and Carlo’s DOG penalty that clearly landed on the glass before going over were more BS than anything called on Toronto. Boston played a disciplined game, the leafs were careless with their sticks and undisciplined. Stop expecting the refs to bail the leafs out if anything they were looking to call anything on Boston to manage the game.

Both teams are going to be dirtbags, it's the playoffs. I just want both teams to be called for it is all.
Boston was dialed in in game one- all business. Might change if things turn bad for them and they get frustrated/desperate, but I sure hope not. The bruins can get their payback next year when they play whatever team makes the mistake of signing Domi.

As a Leafs fan I am just hoping Bruins players are this overconfident that things are over.

Not sure I would have done that. Leafs are historically good in the game after getting their teeth kicked in. Don’t think they win the series but think they win tonight.
Not with Samsonov I don't think that's happening lol.

If it weren't for Gerogiv having an EPIC MELTDOWN he would easily be the worst in the playoffs really shocked you didn't go with WOLL not to mention your down Nylander again I suspect with game will be higher scoring probably 5-3 or 6-4 Bruins

I’m pretty sure almost every game where the Leafs have gotten spanked in the last few years playoffs, they’ve come back and won the next one unless it was an elimination game. Samsonov plays like shit, it won’t matter, but you’re betting on him having 2 stinkers in a row and I’d be surprised.

The deserve to win o meter rarely reflects reality.... especially when the difference in goaltending is so stark.
Regular season I’ll allow for nights where you feel you should’ve won but it just didn’t go your way. Good habits still matter.

At this point, i don’t ask how, just win

I know, I was kidding. That "expected goals" metric is BS just like the deserve to win meter. It's akin to trying to predict lottery numbers based on the last month of results.

I'm actually betting he will have a 4th stinker in a row he hasn't had a save % above .850 in his last 3 starts.... and he has more games under .825 this season than games over .900

What is even the issue with him? I didn't watch the final couple of games of the regular season, but him suddenly being gone for Game 1 and now possibly Game 2 seems to be out of left field.

No one knows they won't say anything. Just he was fine game 82, woke up sore Thursday and might miss his 2nd playoff game after not missing a game in 8 years
