So the refs that gave us 1 PP when there were multiple opportunities and then called one against us with 3 minutes to go that gave Carolina the win. Oh....and they gave the Panthers 6 PP's to Boston's 3. Well....that would be an improvement from last game, so I guess we can't complain.
Hopefully we get at least 1 powerplay 😆 then again they can't make pp too lopsided throughout the playoffs i would think.

Clearly Lavi is terrified of a road matchup-wise for Rempe to be caught out there against the Barkov line. I seem to recall a shift last game where Rempe's line mates changed but he opted to try to go make an O zone play and was caught on the ice when it led to a quick turnover the other way. Game 2 at home Lavi gave Rempe an OT shift and over 10 min ice time, on the road under 5. Might see Wheeler tonight because of it.

Also Chytil's been rough at wing, made a bad defensive read on the last goal off the faceoff- he played it more like a center than a wing.

This is pretty much a must win for Florida.

I'd expect a push that they won't be able to match for at least the first 20 similar to the last regulation 20 in G3. No one can keep that pace for 60 so if they can hold any deficit to 1 or less they should be in decent shape.

I'd love to be wrong but I think we head back to NY 2-2 in this series and honestly we can't really be upset with that, expecting this series to end in less than 6 is overly optimistic.

However if they win tonight, this wraps in 5.

My only pre-game thought is: win or lose, when I come on to read the PGT at 1am, will I get to see Three Sheets to the Wind Levitate again...

He's actually going to post an apology for how rude and uncharacteristic he was the other day and ask for forgiveness so that he may continue to be his best self, which is a level-headed, fact-based analyst that we all demand.

Cuylle has played very well . So has Rempe for the time he has been given. They deserve more icetime and it would certainly help us. I don't Like Chytil on line 1 w. He seems totally out of place there. We're winning so it's hard to be critical.
I think the PP gets some results tonight.

LETS GO RANGERS !

Is there a viewing party for tonight's game? It's getting late so if I want to go it's gonna be tight. If you know please let me know. Thank you.
