I think this team has learned a lot of valuable lessons from these playoffs. One of them is how to weather a beat down and come back strong.

They did it game 6 against Carolina, game 1 against Tampa, Games 5 and 6 against Pitts.

Tampa will come out swinging, just survive and get out with minimal damage.

I just dont see a way Tampa gets back in it. They've looked reaaaaaally slow.... Unless of course we have one of those games ( Game 4 PIT and Game 5 CAR ) where it looks like we're the ones dying and not trying.

They have the highest swing and miss rate in all of hockey. (Only a baseball fan would know what I mean, lol)

IDC that they will, and I prefer that they do. If you ask me, with the "best goaltender in the NHL (passing included)" , Tampa will be subjected to the odd man break, in which we will counter attack and SCORE........probably by Kreids or Mika, killing 2 birds with one stone. Surely will quiet the crowd, we'll have an early lead AND the 2nd best goaltender in the league will continue to doubt himself.
He is somewhat unsure of himself, and probably not trusting his defense will come to his rescue when needed.

Before the series, I had predicted 2 home wins followed by a 3rd game loss. I DON'T WANNA BE RIGHT, understand that. So, as far as I am concerned, I win either way. Surely the BEST win, is a Rangers win. Not to worry, if we lose today, we win Tuesday night.
Coming home to finish the series. Life would then be infinity better.

Don't know how I feel about the 3pm start. I personally like watching afternoon games but they've been playing so well at 8pm. I guess if they lose this game people will hate on the 3pm start.

Way too confident here. They have a goalie (like us) who can single handedly win 4 games in a row if needed. We should feel happy about how we have looked, but should not be acting like it's over.

I do understand the emphasis though. Game 3 of a 2-0 series is about as high stakes as it gets for an early/non elimination game.

The difference between 3-0 and 2-1 is so enormous.

There are so many tropes/cliches though. Lol If we go up 3-0, then it becomes "that fourth win is the toughest to get." Just citing one example.
