Game day baby! So excited and nervous at the same time.

Bring the intensity, play hard and physical, stay structured defensively, and keep shooting!

Let’s go out there and take game 3 from them. Stay positive! All good vibes here!

Let’s go Rangers

False. Wennberg is incapable of scoring (a goal).

10 PM start! Might actually be able to watch this one. I just hope it doesn't go to overtime, monday at work would suck.

Expecting Kakko to be in.

Rempe is a really likeable guy and seems to really appreciate being on the team but I’m not really sure where people get the idea he’s been helping the last few games. Hes been statistically really bad and then of course one of his caved-in shifts last night results in a penalty on Goodrow, and then NYR gives up a goal on the ensuing power play.

In Rempe's last 5 games, 5v5 shot attempts with him on the ice are 30-46, shots are 13-17, scoring chances are 8-20, high dangers are 3-10, goals are 0-1, and he's got a 40% xGF%. Last night scoring chances were 0-6 and high dangers 0-4 with him out there. It’s really just a sequence of chasing the play, making hits after the puck has already gone, and getting caught out of position. Igor has a 94% 5v5 save% in that timeframe and that is certainly saving face for him. If he was doing a good job on zone exits and carrying the puck down the length of the ice and cycling then i'd agree on the value, but none of that is really happening. Hes a guy you want to root for but when he's on the ice it's really just the other team dominating play while he makes hits after the fact, and everyone else is cleaning up the mess. All of that is being ignored under the guise of energy and hitting and excitement. If this team with a C and 5 A’s needs this guy to get energized there’s something wrong
You should put the stats away and watch the game!

Both teams are going to want to come out fast and hard and set the tone early. We're going to need our power play to get its act back together. Whatever the Panthers are doing on their PK they're doing better than the Canes did.

Kakko has to come back in. If he doesn’t that’s such a brutal statement for the kid. He hasn’t been good but he has by no means been worse than Vesey or Wennberg and there is almost no chance that the corpse of Blake Wheeler can make any sort of impact being thrown into a series like this.

Going to be fascinating to see what decisions are made.

Mika's problem is his diet. No one, especially an Elite athlete, should be on a Vegan diet. It is fact that you don't get all the essential nutrients in a Vegan diet. Plus our species was not designed to eat vegetables and carbs. We have no Cecum to ferment Fiber!

He will thrive, as do all athletes, on a low carb/no carb animal protein/animal fat diet. Guarantee you that is the problem. He is on Carb burning cycles. Being on fat burning cycles would give him more unending energy.

Obvious take here, but absolutely need this powerplay to get going. Do we know if Wheeler or Kakko is in for Vesey?

Where exactly does this Mika's a vegan thing come from?

It doesn't jibe with anything I've read or seen him say. I have seen him say one of his favorite NYC restaurants is La Esquina, a Mexican place not particularly ideal for vegans.

And Mika is co-owner of a burger/pizza chain.

Zibanejad's signature burger at his restaurants: "one or two beef patties on a brioche bun with housemade mayo, lettuce, cheddar, and onions."

Has the one article statement, "Because his girlfriend is vegan, he's pitched the idea of having meat alternatives for the burgers so more people can dine at Brodernas," somehow morphed into Mika being vegan?

IMO Florida won’t have the same intensity

Need to start fast

I do not like day games but this could work to our advantage

Yeah, Florida won't be intense today.

They'll be throwing checks like bombs early and often.

Some fans don't care about reality. Rempe is fun to watch but the puck usually spends its time in the Rangers' defensive end when he's out there.
