Kreider could up his physical play by 110 % to actually be our own Tkachuk type if he was not so scared of being bruised while doing so . I'll expand on this in Roster Building .....worth a read .
I was thinking Rempe could use Kreider's way of hitting. What I mean by that is Rempe sometimes gets a penalty on a clean hit when the other guy goes down. Kreider puts his arms around the guy so he doesn't go down. Rempe could still hit hard but by holding the guy up he will probably reduce his penalty chances by 75%.

I will be at a wedding and will spend a large portion of it on my phone refreshing hoping to see the number stay the same for the team in red and go up for the team in blue. But maybe it's a good break from actually watching. This series is exhausting.
I hate to break it to you but in my experience this can be more stressful. Feels like I have no control over the game when I’m not watching. Whoever scheduled the wedding for this time of year is a criminal anyway so go watch it at the bar or something.

It’s not Kreiders game and never will be. He’s 32,33 whatever. He’s not going to change and crying about how he should is silly at this point. Take him or leave him for what he is, not get mad at him for not changing into what you think he should be

I don't know, they would call him for holding.

Yeah, I feel the same way. I have no control and it feels like I'm playing the slot machine every time I refresh the score. Also, I'm pretty sure neither are sports fans.

Weddings all need to be in July-August. Fall is postseason baseball/football. Post Super Bowl college basketball picks up and then once March hits it goes from March Madness to Stanley Cup playoffs and I’m out until mid-late June.

My wedding was in February 2011. After football season and before NHL playoffs. Perfect!

I kind of recall him hitting much more when he first came in. And I could be misremembering. But wasn't he being over-called for every little thing in those early games and toned down his game after that to not be in the box constantly?

How much does such physical play take a toll on the initiator? Seems to me if you want a long career, better to dial back the physical play. Kreider does other useful things, if he messes up his back or shoulders (or head) hitting people, could have negative consequences.

It was so nice having Bob Wich... however you spell his last name, and not McDonough.
Bob With Shoes On does great play by play.

The frustrating thing is he has the size and speed to hit whoever he wants, the rest of the guys, well...
