A lot is being made that Tampa hasn't lost successive playoff games the last 17 times. I freakin love it! Another record shattered tonight.

Yeah sure, they might play better, but the result will be the same because they can't match our speed and tenacity. If we were to lose, if would have nothing to do with how well they played, and everything to do with us not playing our game the way we can.

But I don't see that happening. We are on a roll, and still playing on home ice. Tampa has their hands full. Our 7th man (The Garden Faithful) is too much for them to handle. Every time we play at home,... it's like we have a man advantage.

Igor is Better!
I know you're just being positive and optimistic but this post makes me physically ill. I'm too cynical I guess.

Another underrated aspect of this series is that Tampa doesnt have a center that they can match with Zibanejad. PIT had Crosby and Carolina had Staal. Cirelli is a solid defensive minded 2C, but I don't think he can match Mika physically and Stamkos isn't really a center anymore and cant defend in general.
Can we talk about how both Pitt and Carolina were able match up with Mika and he's still #3 in playoff scoring. Let's F'n Go!!!!

The Lightning's reign at the top has been dominant and that team and their fans should be incredibly proud of what they accomplished. But all runs need to end at some point, and there's no team playing better overall hockey than the Rangers are right now. Vasilevskiy will need to steal this one for the Bolts, because we're the better team. If we cant be confident now, when can we?

Win this game, demoralize them and take the series. We gifted them McDonagh and it got them 2 Cups, time for us to return the favor. Some revenge for 2015 would be nice to. LGR

Brayden Point plays a massive role into their success. It's been over looked since the Florida sweep.

Without him, I'm starting to see a Rangers in 5 scenario. I'm still at Rangers in 7 because I'm a cynic.
This is exactly what I predict. Either 5 or 7. After tonight's win, we win a game in Tampa and then finish them returning home in game 5. Or we trade wins and go 7. They beat us last time in Game 7. But that is not happening this year.

None of what happened on Wednesday matters. Brand-new ballgame tonight. Let's see what transpires.
Or what happened in game 6 and 7 against the Canes. But we did win these last 3 games pretty handily. Don't see no reason why tonight's game would have a different outcome.

Maybe it's just optimism off of three straight wins, but I wonder if Panarin, Fox, and Copp's injuries aren't feeling a little bit better at this point. Copp's skating better, Fox is engaging physically a little more.

None of them look 100 percent yet except maybe Copp, but it'd be nice if even while playing the injuries improved a bit.

ESPN actually doing a Rangers puff piece? Crazy.

Meanwhile after Levy says the "C" in Chytil is silent Mess calls him Cheetil again and than says Varana instead of Vatrano. Oof and there are trolls lurking in the shadows that still think Mess should be Head Coach.
