.......with stone hands.
There's a lot of things I really like about his development and about him as a player, but his shooting and goal scoring is a great example of a player who targeted an area, said getting better there was something he was going to target, put in the work, and has not only improved, but really developed as an asset.

He's scored some really nice goals this year.

I say it about a lot of these young guys, when they are 25/26 and have that man strength, they will impose their will all over the ice. You can see Cozens still has another 10-15 pounds to add on, but it will greatly improve his boardwork and physical game

Thread title: Dylan Cozens

Dylan Cozens is at a point in his career where he both needs, and deserves, to have at least one fully developed bonified top 6 winger helping him make that second line consistently perform. He should not have two rookies on his wings, as he is only 22 and in his third year himself. As a protected kids line getting third line minutes sure, but not getting 2nd line minutes and responsibilities. So, they MUST get him a winger. Example.

Quinn - Cozens - Tuch

That works, but Skinner and Tage REALLY need Tuch on that line to get their production out. So either get Cozens his own Tuch type winger. Or get someone to replace Tuch on the top line. Problem is that player is not on the team right now. Which is why people were so interested in Meier.
I still think we need to go get one more top 6 power forward type winger in that 24-27 range to make it all work.

Controversial opinion: JJ for him straight up.

If the Coyotes want add-ons, I walk away.

Coyotes would want Peterka + 2023 1st.

I'd do Crouse plus AC 2nd rounder for those two. Crouse is signed for 4 additional seasons and a nice price. He has a ton of value. He elevates our 2nd line to 1B status...he is perfect for Cozens/Quinn. Would even take cap dumps if it makes a happen, Kassian/Nemeth.

I'm still in the conversation. People will scoff at giving up JJP, but you have to give something to get something. In another year Kulich likely takes that 3rd line RW spot, so if you trade for Crouse, JJP is the logical piece to go back. Gets them younger at the position for their new core, while we get a proper aged player in that slot. The added first is too much if JJP is the other piece. If you have to add a midround pick that's fine. If they really want the 1st then it's going to have to be a second-tier prospect. I haven't watched Crouse enough to have a full opinion, but the size, age, AAV, and style seems the correct fit opposite Quinn - Cozens.
