Is it weird that I just read that in Spock's voice? :)
It would be weird if you didn't.

Ok,

57.25%

good for 10th in the league

If centres only were out there for faceoffs and then stood around stationary while the other four players did everything else, then his FO% would definitely put him in top 6 C contention. His offence isn't enough for a 2C role.

Lowry’s game has gone south ever since his injury a couple of seasons back. I no longer think that Lowry is that good and no way should he get a shot at 2C. I’d even entertain giving Roslovic the chance given his recent play.

And what is his chance with the coach?

just saying Lowry deserves the chance

An FYI, 5th last year face off won at 57.61%

Roslo still might be a Little replacement - maybe. I don't think it can be ruled out yet.

But what if what we really need is a 1C? Neither Little nor Roslo can be that. If Scheifele can't do that job any better than what he has been lately ...........

I’d honestly look at Wheeler’s play before assessing Scheifele too much. Get them on different lines for a few games to see where the problem really lies.

Probably not very large. It’s just that I’ve been so impressed with a Roslovic as of lately that I firmly believe such play should be rewarded. It feels especially good after having basically written him off.

They're under true .500, 5-4-2. If you give them a win and a loss to make up the difference in games, you get only two more points than the Jets, and those are the loser points. They aren't playing great. Vasilevski is sporting a .910. They might look a tad better than the Jets, but it's a bigger drop from last season to now for them comparatively.

They are 2 pts out of a PO spot with a game in hand. Jets are 3 pts back and have played 2 more games than the teams we are chasing. No they are not doing great but I doubt anyone is worried that they won't make the PO. At the 11 game mark it takes practically nothing to turn it around. A 2 game winning streak and they are doing great.

I might be a bit insensitive, but... at which time we are allowed to be a bit... worried? I mean no offence if someone is really strong and believing. I'm weak, I see the team "slightly" being not what it should and could have been last year.

Now... I'm a bit worried. Even if it's early to sleep a few years in a road to be there for to see something new?

Just asking for a friend, naturally!

Roslo looked dangerous to me out there last night. I really like his game right now.
Roslovic, Heinola – and maybe Pionk – are the few bright spots on what is otherwise a thick and cloudy sky in Jets land. I have a feeling that this will be the season that Maurice's shortcomings as the Jets coach are finally shown in all their glory. Without a league leading PP to save them in tight games, this team will fall short of expectations with that dinosaur in charge. He seems like a nice guy, but he is a terrible coach for this team.

Scheifele needs to stop worrying about crying to the refs at every whistle and starting get his back into these games. He looks lost out there right now.

The Jets are essentially a .500 team this year give or take a few points either way. So that means around 88-92 points and fighting for a Wild Card playoff spot.

92 points is 10 games over .500 and that's not essentially a .500 team not to mention usually 92 points wont get a playoff spot.
