Grant McCagg - Anaheim selects Ryan Poehling with the 26th overall pick. Evidently, this is in an alternate universe as he won't be on the board at 26 on draft day.

well, he was right about that one. Went 25th.

Poehling isn't a bad prospect tho, i'm just really sad because Timmins was still available and i'm really high on him. I had Poehling @ 24 (for reference i have Thomas at 26).

Poehling is probably the best net front presence guy in this years draft, his hand eye coordination is nuts.

Well, on our team, he just might become a 2nd line center. That's not a compliment to Ryan Poehling, though.

The best I can tell on our pick is that Brock from OHL scouting has him at 15 and I like Brock. Thats about it
