Grant McCagg - Anaheim selects Ryan Poehling with the 26th overall pick. Evidently, this is in an alternate universe as he won't be on the board at 26 on draft day.

Was supposed to be top 20 pick & fell.

In the mock drafts he was: 24,29,21,21,18,19 ... so around 20 is about right.

Safe pick for what was there.

Poehling isn't a bad prospect tho, i'm just really sad because Timmins was still available and i'm really high on him. I had Poehling @ 24 (for reference i have Thomas at 26).

Poehling is probably the best net front presence guy in this years draft, his hand eye coordination is nuts.
