That’s a nice message from Beane with real truth to it. Unfortunately, the fan problem is that we don’t think the guy who got his job sweeping up the Harbor Center has the instincts to be GM. The proof is four years of work.

It seems like three of the top 5 teams have it in their mix, so I'm not sure it will be there. Although I'd be completely happy with Iginla, Helenius, MBN or Catton.

Ya, Sennecke went from 20th a month ago to top 5. Helenius also looks like a prospect Buffalo is lacking. Great Hockey IQ that plays defense just as good as offense.
