Looking at teams from 8 oa on down , I see a lot of places where Chris Kreider could be used. There’s still a possibility someone bites on him. Thoughts?
I would guess Edmonton would be the most obvious suitor for Kreider.

Thanks. I wouldn't mind taking another big Dman in the mold of K'AM. Would be really pissed if they take another undersized Dman or forward.
I would bold Anaheim on that list for sure. They have two ticking time bombs and no indications that they plan on rebuilding or retooling any time soon.
I suspect Vancouver may be willing to part with 10 for immediate help at wing.
I’d be curious to see who else tests well in these areas to observe if these different variables actually suggest future success.I've mentioned it in the past, they seem to be picking players who do really well on the leg strength/agility and fatigue exercises at the combine.
Chytil tested really well in endurance testing, last year Lundqvist, Miller, Gross were top performers in the agility/leg strength exercises. Miller tested #1 in both right and left hand grip. In 2016 Taylor Raddysh was a top grip guy. TY Ronning also scored well at the combine in '16.

Awesome job noticing this trend, btw!
I’d be shocked. Perry has detonated. Getzlaf is on the brink.
I think they will be active in free agency but after the graduations this year + Hughes/Demko likely making the full time jump, their prospect system thins out quite a bit.
The + attached to that would have to be large for them to move down 16 spots.Kreider, 20th, +? to Colorado for #4 is the deal I'd be aiming for
Vancouver might want to make a splash. They are hosting the draft, and there is a history of the draft host making a deal in order to get the fans excited. Minnesota traded Burns, NJ traded for Schneider are some examples.I’d say Vancouver too just because their ownership is constantly leaning on their management to make the playoffs
Bolded are the teams that I think would consider moving down or moving their pick to add NHL-ready talent.

So Kreider has no value? k.
The term left on his contract is what hurts Kreider trade valueI can only agree. Many of the proposals for Kreider over the past months here, were undervaluing Kreider severely.
Kreider alone is easily worth like the 10th pick or somewhat higher. To me, he has to stay on our team going forward.
If dorofeyev is available at #20 i think thats gonna be our pick. Unless someone like kaliyev, newhook or broberg drops.
Assuming Kakko at 2, who do we target for 20, 49, 58, and 68?
Would love to have Kaliyev, but feel like we need to take D if we stay at 20.I think kaliyev will be there.

I think he’ll be there, but he really doesn’t feel like a Rangers type pick at allI think kaliyev will be there.
I just think the 51 goals 102 points in the chl will push him close to the top 15. I have heard there will be a run on defenseman early which could push him down.I think kaliyev will be there.
