WOW I was WRONG here.
Moore has been a great addition to the b's
He is doing well so far, but even Ferraro looked great at first before fading away during the season. So let's hope he keeps it up
Worst case scenario, maybe you can flip him for a decent asset at the deadline.
When's the earliest that someone's clinched the 7th Player Award?

Different kind of players . Of course Moore's play could take a nosedive but he has some grit to his game that Ferraro didn't have . Moore has been much more effective than Ferraro ever was in my opinion.
Boy am I glad they picked this guy up now....
But man is it concerning that he's a fourth liner and one of the team's top goal scorers.....so assuming he picks up another four to six goals in the duration of the season (I'm assuming he' going to cool off at some point, as most players do), do you bring him back another year or two? Or hope that some of the kids are ready to go at the beginning of next year?
What's the downside to him being the 3center? Haven't seen on. Smart, motor/compete/responsible , IQ are all there.
think he`s best suited right where he is, I know he`s posted some nice offensive numbers thus far but he`s not a guy who, IMO, can create offense which is something I want from a 3rd line center. I think he`s fine in a 3rd role if he`s spotted there from time to time but he`s not a guy I`d like to see there, IMO, it would create a huge hole on the 4th.
Moore and Backes have the same amount of points. Let that settle in
I hopped in this thread specifically for this, since it briefly popped up in my Twitter.
In March, or whenever they open voting for Seventh Player, let's try and drown out the 13 year-old texting fiends who will invariably vote for Bergeron or Rask as the one who "performed most BEYOND expectations". Seriously, Bergeron and Rask's baselines are so high that they shouldn't be able to perform beyond expectation.
I'm not a hockey expert, but Moore's signing came in under my radar. It was a "Who? Oh. Okay. Next?" announcement for me. It had none of the bells and whistles that the Beleskey/Hayes tandem had last year when they were coming to Boston. I expected Moore to be a good fourth line grinder, and hold down the fort.
He's done WAY more than that. Way more than expected. He's not on the current active Bruins Rushmore of Krejci, Rask, Bergeron, and Marchand. He's not an up-and-coming player like Acciari, Vatrano, or Czarnik. But he's done way more than I expected, and currently deserves Seventh Man, hands down.

I don't think I'd give the 7th player award to a one year mercenary.
