Last season he had 47 in 50, with many of the initial games playing as safely as possible. This season he could have adjusted and might play with Larkin more often. Does he get to 80 points?

He would have to play a full season to have a shot, and that’s unlikely to happen, so no
Does Vancouver or Pittsburgh try to snag him at the deadline if wings are out of it ?

No chance imo. He is a shell of his former self at this point. Wings last year also had very high PDO and shooting percentage and won’t hit those numbers again. Id expect more like 50-65 pts.

he's been invisible in 4 games

so no, not even close. Hes likely to get hurt at some point too. 50 its in 70ish games is my guess, but he needs to pick up his game big time (along with pretty much every other Red Wing)

Yes, he looked surprisingly good when I watched him on Monday. I think he’ll get on a roll.
that was the only game of the 4 where you would've known he was even playing...he has not had a good start to the season. He's overhanding the puck offensively, is slower than he's ever been, and cheats for offence.

Kane looks bad. At this stage, I don’t see Kane getting another NHL deal after his current contract is up.

He should retire after the current contract anyway, it’s the only way he keeps his career points per game average from dropping below 1.00.

Holy overreaction 5 games in lol

If Kane wants to keep playing that is up to him but you have to believe Chicago would give him a farewell deal

Gotta wonder if the injury/surgery is catching up to him now.

I look at Couturier last year. He looked really good the first half of the season, but then everything started to fall apart and now he looks cooked.

Kane only played 50 games last year, he could be at that wall now that Couturier hit half way through last season.
