Aaronson with a nice play to assist on the opening goal vs Spuds. Adams and Aaronson are the two best players on that team besides Rodrigo. Jesse desperately need PL-level CBs in the January transfer window — that back line is a nightmare.

If the midfield isn’t going to offer any protection for them I don’t think it really matters who is in the back for them. They are routinely left way too exposed.
 
Brutal injury day. Christopher Nkunku is out for France after injuring himself in training and Amine Harit who stars for Morocco and OM in Ligue 1 had one of the worst knee injuries I’ve ever seen. Ghastly stuff.

The Ronaldo stuff is a head scratcher. I don’t see what he’s trying to accomplish other than hope he’s a big enough pain in the ass that United try and have some sort of financial settlement on the last year of his deal and cut him loose? He’s still a great player but there aren’t many teams that can pay his 500,000 a week wages. Seems like his entourage ran their mouth and it created division between the two parties that just keeps getting worse.
 
I’d rather spend that amount for a cheap alternative than the insane Fanatics pricing. $75-$80 for a sweatshirt blew my mind. The new Reverse Retro gear was insanely overpriced as well.

It literally can’t be any worse quality than Fanatics. It’s honestly embarrassing the product they put out with the licenses they have. Maybe the various league governing bodies don’t care because sales are string but they and Fanatics should be ashamed of what they put out. Knockoffs from overseas for a quarter of the price are 10x better quality.

Also who made this schedule? You have opening weekend of the World Cup and your only game is Sunday at 11:00am ET??
