Madrid or Citeh? My head says Madrid but my guy says Citeh takes it setting up another City/Liverpool show down. At first glance another Blue/Red battle would seem terrible but I’m kinda digging them going head to head for the Premier League title, in the FA Cup, and then potentially for the Champions League crown as well.

RM seems like the Benzema show. How long can he keep that up? I expect a close game and maybe even penalties. If that's the case I take RM as Courtois has a better record in saved penalties this year (3 of 4, all in the last few months) vs Ederson (0-2 and hasn't saved one in almost a year).

It all depends on Pep making adjustments. IMO they probably didn't play the way he wanted last game. If he can tweak their form and discipline then MCI might pull away by 2-3 goals aggregate.

Should be a good one, the last one was epic.

MCI just stopped playing, imo. Credit to RMA but the door was left open

Every time a club that bought it’s place in the game on the back of an oligarch’s or petrostate’s money loses a big game an angel gets it’s wings…

Grealish slipping and failing to hit a wide open net from three yards out will haunt City fans forever. Almost impossible to miss like he did.

The angle at 0:26 is BRUTAL. My gawd he scores that 999 times out of 1,000.

I think he kind of had to do that to avoid Courtois' sliding tackle, but imo he let the ball get away from him which forced the need for that move in the first place. This is something I think I've seen with him before, at least since he's been with MC.

Maybe MC and ARS should swap him and Pepe. Both seem to be expensive busts.

City lol….choking dogs.

If he chips that it’s in….I think he was going for the cross…

Wolves....wow.

CHE have to start worrying about slipping out of the top 4 now with ARS and TOT surging. At least based on points pace for the last 5 games.

Unsurprising….rumors of lots of players being courted…..blood in the water, hitting us while we’re vulnerable. Very demoralized bunch right now and Tuchel needs to calm the room.

lol imagine the venom this would create…..please let it happen lol….

With supposed-wantaway Lukaku scoring both for CHE today. Just weird vibe all of a sudden.

Talk of Rudiger to RM seems like a backbreaker, imo. He's the anchor of the defense imo.

Just leaking oil….a little smoke, but not sinking just yet IMO.

Oh we want him away also lol….and Rudiger is gone.

They‘ve been lining up replacement options for over a year with him and Christensen exiting. Will be tough to replace Rudy, but we will. Kinda like losing a Scott Stevens IMO.

Too much talent on that team.

I wonder if this is a "play just shitty enough to get the new owners worried and fire this coach we don't like" situation...

Brighton's climb this season feels like the untold story of the league. They could stun MU today.

Nah…..the roster is going to be massively reshaped under Tuchel’s guidance IMO. So many big names are going to change out I believe….lesser organizations would have easily folded under this duress. It’s been an admirable job from TT for this fan.

So Lukaku out and probably Rudiger. Who else? Do you think they keep both Werner and Havertz? IMO the latter has more dynamic upside.

You're probably right about them building smartly via Tuchel's vision instead of trying to accumulate expensive talent:

CHE and ARS apparently headed in the same direction philosophically.

Werner is rumored on the block, Alonso being courted, Azpi also. Jorginho could go, Pulisic’s dad has been making ominous tweets and Juventus is rumored to be looking for a Dybala replacement. Silva not getting any younger, Saul is a loan not working out, Barkley, etc….lots of upheaval possible.
