Other countries are using their symbols, like Swedish use the Crowns, Canada has the Leaf, and Murica has just "USA" in it.. but Finland goes with the Finnish Hockey Federation thing. They have problably copied how Canada was using that hockey-player in their jersey earlier, which is solid excuse though. It kinda gives you permission to use something that is not from the official flags.
While our current WJC / WC jersey has the lion in it, and it is not bad in general, and it starts to have some tradition, I'd say we should go to the National coat of arms also outside Olympics and stay in it.

I don't think the dark shoulders look bad. Actually they look pretty good.
I wonder what kinda of Jersey they'll wear in World Cup. I think NHL world cup probably doesn't have any kind of restrictions for Logo being used, as IIHF probably has.
