How bout M. Staal being out down a goal with 2 min left, he mention that doozy? lolSo, he admits putting McKegg in over Kakko, with 2minutes left and down a goal was a 'bad' choice.
Lets limit these bad choices.

Hmmmm, let's see....
So obviously 6-1 OTL
- No Hall
- Hughes/Bratt out
- Bad goalies
- Subban sucks
tldr: Staal is now a 2 period playerOr on the ice Up a goal with less than a minute left like he was against Toronto before they tied it?
Heres what the plan should be.
Hajek plays.
Staal doesnt.
Speaking of Staalsy, I caught a post game interview after one of the recent tough losses where we played well (against Vancouver I think) and he actually said something on point. Paraphrasing- 'Yea, we played well and probably should have had a better result which is tough, but we often played poorly this year and probably got points we shouldn't have'. Refreshing!!! Players are rarely this honest to the media. It's all sunshine or cliches, he acknowledged 'you win some you lose sum, it's not always fair'. I feel like Quinn's honesty is rubbing off.
I remember Brassard talking to the media during a losing streak with AV the year we made the PO and got booted by Ottawa. It was after a tough loss when the team played like **** for 2.5 periods he said ' we just need to get a few bounces, puck isn't going our way, we're playing right, it'll come if we keep at it' when clearly the team was out of sync and playing like crap. AV and his 'got some good looks trust the pro-cess' mantra
KK needs more minutes. That’s how you get that conditioning going. It’s not like we’re competing for the cup anyway. Hold him accountable but give him minutes. Wouldn’t mind seeing him kill penalties — just to round off his game. So, he admits putting McKegg in over Kakko, with 2minutes left and down a goal was a 'bad' choice.
Lets limit these bad choices.
Let's go Igor, shut the fools OUT.
LGR!
Guards! Arrest this impostor! I am the real Larry David.
Dan Rosen reported Lindgren is in so no go for Rykov. Glad Lindgren is ok and not suspended but would have been nice to see Rykov. Unfortunately, don't see Rykov or possibly even Hajek back unless someone is injured. Staal seems to be back in good standing with DQSo Rykov isn’t being called up?
666-0 NYR
Hughes own goals even though he’s too scared to play against Kakko (517)
Kakko (102)
Shesterkin (47)
That wouldn't be very metalTwo things: 1. You actually did the math work, and 2. Shouldn't you had it as 777-0 or 777-666?
