Loved watching the L Hughes and Nemec show tonight. Both were solid and got a point.

I can't believe how bad Lafreniere is.

Fun game. Any other team in the league, any club that doesn’t have Luke Hughes coming up, and Nemec is making the team. The kid is NHL ready at 19. Very impressed.

Kallgren also a good depth goalie. Like the rebound control and calm positional play. Will be good at Utica and looks capable of filling in here should the need arise. We are set up in goal. And if tonight’s Schmid is indicative of what we are going to see from him this year, we are more than set up.

Bahl said he was dealing with something all last season injury wise. Something that was bothering him since the 2022 off-season. Interesting to hear. Says he’s feeling much better now. So he was toughing it out all last season and that’s promising considering how much he came on down the stretch into the playoffs.
