I guess I can't let go when I see stubbornness, arrogance, and ignorance so PROUDLY rolled into one.

 Wow, for someone that's so much less intelligent than you are, I certainly have you wrapped around my finger

Come on, man, you're really going to release this highly conceptual, mind blowing information to the public without any warning?

Don't forget that in every one of those losses the team lost ONLY BECAUSE they allowed the first goal. In fact the game should have stopped as soon as they allowed that first goal.

Timeout here...

You're telling me that 3>2, and that's why we lost tonight? You're a damn liar.

We would have won it if was golf!

Truly intelligent people don't usually feel the need to a) point out how smart they are, or b) talk down to others because of their intelligence. <- Fact.

F'ing hockey, people, FFS, not string theory.

And was just checking out the board, is there a timeline for Nash coming back? I've been at work so much lately I haven't had much time to dig into it.

Hey, when I'm right, I'm right. You saw that they lost, correct?

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and say you're just really stubborn and competitive and not unintelligent. I really HOPE every time anyone posted telling you how off base you were you just skipped the post and don't in fact have a hard time grasping a simple concept.

This happens often. It's ok. I'll just sit back and wait. And I'll continue to be proven right.

Ask yourself this question though, who should you be more upset at, me for being right, or the Rangers for proving me right?

Your anger is misplaced.

More ego stroking. Fun.

You're acting as though coming to the conclusion you have come to is some incredible discovery, and that "being right" about an incredibly common occurrence is supposed to be impressive or something. It isn't. It'd be like me saying if the Rangers score three goals or more they're guaranteed to win. Really going out on a limb with that one.

So it's ok to pick and choose when it matters? The facts are the facts. They got scored against first, and they lost.

You use it as a ****ing general trend. The Rangers tend to lose usually when they score a goal first and in general it IS a factor. You don't say that every loss is because they didn't score first. It's like saying that because the Rangers score 2 goals on average, they'll score 2 goals every game. This is so ridiculous.

It wouldn't be going on a limb it'll be flat out wrong. You're not guaranteed anything. Like giving up the first goal you're not guaranteed to lose. Or rather in this case, if you lose it's not guaranteed that it's because you gave up the first goal.

Tend to lose USUALLY? No, they lose THE MAJORITY OF THE TIME.
I'm sorry that this fact has made you so upset, but take it out on the NYR, not me.

If I told you that the it was "When the Rangers get scored on first they win the majority of the time", would you have started this argument with me? Probably not, because it's a positive towards the Rangers.

This board doesn't like to hear anything bad said about the Rangers. Even when it's staring them right in the face.

YES IT IS BECAUSE ITS CALLED STAISTICAL ANALYSIS. In small sample sizes numbers can be just
coincidence even if the bigger picture shows it plays out that way usually.

I'm sorry I don't like posting on other team's boards but this guy is frustrating

It's not a small sample size though. It happens every year. We are 1-8 so far this year. The trend continues anon.

I have rarely seen Rangers and Devils fans agreeing on anything on a HF boards. But you managed to do it, congrats.
That is now your claim to fame.
Rangers and Devils fans agree that you are frustrating, antagonizing and wrong.
