I fail to see how hiding a player from tough matchups is good player management - he needs to learn how to play in those tough situations not run from them. He is 20 years old and this season is 3 games old.

Seems more like employment management to me.

have you seen highlights of Shane Wright getting rocked each of his 3 games? i'd rather that didn't happen
