Bastian was not the glue. Having one single player on your roster with any kind of size or physicality was the glue. We absolutely need size up front. So badly. Hindsight is 20/20, but right now, I really wish we gave up a f*** ton for Tkachuk last summer. Bratt + #2 + literally whatever else Calgary would've wanted. We absolutely need someone like that right now.

This is the norm? Huh. I can’t say I’ve ever seen a team finish this poorly for any extended period. This seems very obviously not normal. There’s bad finishing and then there’s…this.

since day one, dude lol. i wasn’t even being negative, just saying we need to break out of this shit immediately before we piss away the season. we lost our cushion, we are about to lose the division lead, should we go skipping towards the slaughterhouse? can we not make a realistic observation without being called a drama queen?

Word. It is a weird thing to go through a 6 game losing streak after a 13 game winning streak. We are an unproven team, we've made the playoffs once in 10+ years and we've been bottom dwellers including our very last season.

It is understandable to be skeptical of this team and notice its glaring holes on a 6 game losing streak. But apparently we, as posters, cannot post these things because we are "thriving" on the team losing. Whatever that means lol.
