We’e seen losing streaks the past handful of seasons, this is the first time we’ve seen a real winning streak. That’s what gives me hope. Seeing that they can actually go on a tear but the longer this lasts, the harder it is to expect It.
Losing 3 of 5 or going 4-6 in 10 games is to be expected. The compounding losses looks like it’s having the same impact the winning streak did. They need to end it.
The timing is what's so damaging. They aren't playing teams that will cut a slumping team a break so the opportunities to put together a 3 or 4 out of 5 games with a win isn't there until January.
They got Florida tomorrow, which could be winnable if we weren't starting Blackwood. Then Boston twice, Pitt, and Carolina again.
After that it eases up a bit. Sinking Detroit and a bad St. Louis team. California road trip not long after.
You hope they can put together winning streaks by then, but if they want to still be in a good place in the standings, they HAVE to figure something out much sooner against top teams
