Carolina is just so f***ing steady with matchups at home, and I don't think they'll make enough mistakes for NJ to stay in it. I envision the Devils ultimately just being slowly worn out tonight and Carolina to run away with it down the stretch.

Years ago, I recall threads here where it was mentioned quite often, I believe even the Canes had to address it several times and stated something like they’re just good at drawing penalties and don’t do it more than the next team, but here we are, literally two blatant ones and nothing’s changed.
