Didn't we beat Pete one time and he said in the post game that there was too many AHL players in our lineup for his team to lose to us? It was probably when he was with the Sharks.

We beat Pete? When? Pete refuses to lose to us. He always has his team ready to beat us. He'll allow them to take the night off against WASH later in the week.

Beating the NJD means more to Pete than the VGK making the playoffs this year.

I don't know if they'll credit McLeod for a shot on goal there (some buildings do, some buildings don't), but they should.

That would be his first shot on goal in 3 games. He figured if he can't break the goal drought, he'll at least get a shot on goal and maybe get his third assist in the last 2 games.
