Speaking of snow and a game against the Flames...

I remember that game.

I was only 10 at the time but I came across it with my dad as he was surfing the channels and put this game on.

I had no clue what I was watching except a bunch of people skating around on the ice hitting each other and hitting some black thing with a stick toward some guy guarding a net.

I guess that was my first ever taste of NHL hockey but I really didn't get into it until the late 90s.

Down in Venice, FL this weekend. Almost decided to go see Lighting/Sabres but my friend is a Pens fan and said Nah. Only go if only one of our teams is playing.

How is it down there? I know Ian did a bit of a number on the area, though not nearly as bad as points south of there.

I don't blame you. I don't really go near there unless the Devils or Sharks are playing. If someone gave me complimentary tickets I would go, but that's about it.

If I had a lot more money I would also go, but not to miss part of a live Devils game that I wouldn't be home in time for.
