Well Jack should take his training more serious this summer and try to avoid these situations
The situation of being tripped from behind and going head first into the boards?

Big, strong guys have separated those shoulders on similar plays, I don’t think you can do anything about it.

Tom needs to be fired. People will say, well he can't control injuries. No, that's not why he should be fired. He should be fired because he's an idiot who didn't draft correctly and add young controllable center depth in 2020 (when he picked holtz) and in 2022 (when he picked nemec). He also did nothing for the last 2 months as the team spiraled out with a healthy line up that started to show issues with scoring (though this was an issue back in Nov when they were shutout 5 times, their only types of losses that month).

It’s over

Hear this shite all the time tbh.

Him walking is 100% a real possibility. Anyone who thinks otherwise is completely deluding themselves.
If NJ offers him a fair market contract I expect he stays. I don't think he will refuse to sign if they treat him reasonably. The team has been good to him and he has teammates from his home country and appears to have good relationships with the team and management. If they lowball him then sure, he might get angry and want to go but I'm skeptical they do that to him.

This sucks. Definitely need to make sure that if we are making a move for a center it’s someone who will be here for a bit and can play to a 2nd line level when called upon - not gonna be easy.

I'm glad we agree
We don’t. You’re just coping. I won’t stop you.

Said the same thing yesterday. Sure, there’s a world where Jack never has another long-term injury again. But it’s comical the degree to which some people refuse to acknowledge that three shoulder injuries in five seasons has veered beyond just “bad luck” taking into account the settled science of shoulder injury.
