The knights have never kept a first round pick. That's new

I wouldn't know either, but if a player refuses that, it's like 99% because they want out. That's assuming all of this stuff is even true. I haven't seen the 14m news / rumor/ whatever you want to call it

Not the best source, just going off of this. Obviously we dont know exactly whats going to happen or what is or isnt true

Doesnt mean those are his priorities. Maybe he's not worried about the taxes, maybe he wants to live on the east coast, be closer to family (no clue where he is from). Have better travel. Maybe he doesn't see staying power with the Stars over the course of 8 years. Perhaps he is tired of management or Texas and just wants a change.

So many factors could be at play here. I'm also not implying the Devils are the answers to any desires he does have.

But if i have learned anyone over the year some how some way he will end up in our division to deal with.

No I don't mean Fitz, I meant "we" as a fanbase. Just because Fitz was god awful at every possible facet of being a GM doesn't mean Sunny will automatically will be better. New GM's have to earn their good graces, if Sunny f***s up then he deserves to be have his feet held to the fire, we don't know how he does as the main guy outside of Florida until he shows us a track record. I said I loved the Nemec trade so he's off to a good start but we can't just have a honey moon phase early because this team is dire straits to get back to contention.
 
Yeah, there's no logic with this Robertson situation. Logically, he would sign anything he wants in Dallas. Maybe he wants a new challenge a la Matt Tkachuk, Dallas has been a cup contender for years now and still hasn't broken through.

Look I am ALL in on getting him. He would be an insane forward get, I just struggle to understand what he wants or how we c an offer everything to get him

Again, unfortunate response, no discussion to be had whatsoever. My initial post you quoted wasn't even negative towards the team.

I'm very optimistic about Sunny, I like our top 6, liked the Nemec move yesterday. I like a lot of stuff about this team, and I say so openly on here, you just choose to ignore it for some reason.

Do I have moments where I get frustrated? Sure, I think we all do. It's part of being a fan. It is by definition not always rational. The results have not been there, that is a fact, and other teams have passed us and have better results. That is also factual. This shouldn't be controversial.

It doesn't mean that I think every team is better than us, or that this team is doomed. I'd be open to hearing points and having actual discussions, instead of just having you respond to me with sarcastic posts like the above and this holier-than-thou attitude you have when posters discuss the team or aren't 100% positive about everything related to the team. I'm always open for discussion and I don't think my opinions or thoughts are the be all end all.

Well the logic is he wants a Kaprizov deal...of course it might not be a money issue, maybe he also wants Florida/Vegas as an even easier landing spot.
 
I mean depends on who you're talking about...one of the verified insiders usually pretty reliable unless they get hacked. A rando without a lot of followers, that's iffy at best.
