Nah, we have had games over the years where this team got called for penalties multiple times in a row and opposition got 0. Same with the "game management" nonsense. Plenty of games where it just doesn't apply to this team

It’s just numbers. Take years of data and you’ll see that refs don’t like the PPs to get imbalanced.

It doesn’t mean every game ends up even, it means on average we can see the refs bias towards calling penalties against teams that have had more PPs in a game.
