Devils need to play like that more often. They can drive defenses crazy if they just funnel pucks towards the net and look for loose pucks and rebounds. They have the talent to get pucks in close and guys like Palat and Haula are gonna be more successful cleaning up garbage than trying to pass and skate around the zone like they're Bratt or Hughes.

They scored ONE goal. Glorified pond hockey.

Honestly they didn't play bad overall. Started slow and Jack's injury definitely kept them playing slow.

Hope Jack is OK and just move on to the next one.

I don't remember the one in St Louis but yeah very similar to the one at home. Dominate but only Jack was allowed to score in that one. This time no Jack and only 1 goal

Schmid played solid tonight. 2 GA on 2.46 xGA. If he plays like that consistently, he'll win us some games.

Overall, a pretty damn good game considering we didn't have our 2 top C's. St-Louis should be concerned with their performance based on that.
