Are you serious? Our defense looked absolutely dreadful. One of the worst games all year. If you want Lundqvist to put together a top 5 Lundqvist performance every game in his 35/36 season every game then maybe.

Great win. Detroit played well and Howard made some outstanding saves but the Rangers got it done. Metro division is a beast.

He did. His first pass attempt was blocked, but he somehow managed to get a hold of it again and found Zucc on the second attempt. Since Skjei had two men on him, Zucc had "all the time in the world" to wait for Howard to commit and pick a spot.

Agreed....one of the more exciting games of the year.

Just goes to show that you don't need a 6-5 game for it to be awesome.

When it's like this, 2-1 games work just fine. This game was all about Hanky. He is officially BACK!!

The play of the team looks sustainable. Metro beware, this is no fluke what's going on....
