Given that Philly also had a scout at the Sabres/Habs game, and there have been rumors linking the Flyers and Sabres off and on for a while now, I'd look there as much as at Detroit.

There’s scouts in Detroit every night, as it’s one of the natural hubs for scouts and independent evaluators who live up and down the 401. It’s much easier driving from London to Detroit than dealing with Toronto traffic, etc.

There’s lots of scouts who live in Detroit, Windsor, London, etc.
