NMC, and he already got paid. This is his team, period. His large cap hit helps to make it difficult to bring in anyone to play on his line, since apparently he can't carry one. He had the leverage last year before he signed the contract. He's got the leverage now because he's got the money, and very few teams could or would take on a $10m cap hit until the middle of the next decade. He is this franchise now, and how he goes, they will go.
