It was 4 on 4 in overtime man. If you had watched him, defence has been a strength in Rielly's game. One of his main strengths is hockey IQ, knowing when to rush and when to stay back. The fact that you think he just runs all over the place without a defensive conscience like Karlsson proves you know very little about his game other than what you can get from the highlights, which apparently you couldn't even read accurately either.

Karlsson is brutal defensively, everyone knows that he shouldn't have won that Norris. The trophy is voted on by hockey writers who are easily swayed by the numbers they print in their columns, and for the most part don't have any more knowledge than you or I.

How am I trashing Rielly every chance I get? This is the only thread I've talked about him. I am biased towards Alfredsson, but that's about where it ends, I'm going to defend a player like Karlsson if people are saying false things about him. And no I wouldn't consider Rielly a god, give me a break dude, Rielly's good, he'll be a solid #2, but why would I praise him like a god? I don't praise Ceci as a god, hell I don't even do that with Karlsson.

To be fair, it is way, way to early to say if Finn > Ceci or Ceci > Finn. Remember guys like Keith weren't even in the NHL at 20.

That said, I have never ever heard that, and if I had to bet, I would bet that Ceci would be better, but I'm not willing to write off either guy this early.

Nope he isn't, but then again neither is Aaron Ekblad so I'm not sure what that matters considering the ages. I'm sure that there could be people who would make that mistake, but I'm not one of those people.

Its beyond me why he is not on the first powerplay unit already.

Rielly Percy is a great 1 2 punch on LD for our future.

Well for one, you are overrating riellys potential. Second the Karlsson lazy narrative must stop, the guy is a top 10 player in the NHL. Rielly is a good young player, but some of your posts in this thread and others are laughable.
